All our support staff have either achieved a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) to a minimum of level 2 or are working towards the Diplomas in Health and Social Care.

We are an experienced provider of supporting people with more complex needs, including those with profound and multiple learning disabilities. All team members complete their own comprehensive, in house induction training programme, designed to establish and enhance their knowledge of our organisation, it's roles and responsibilities, mandatory training also, covers key aspects of care including health and safety, infection control, moving and handling, medication and safeguarding.
